There are two different sizes of apartments that are suitable for 4 people or 6 people. The apartments are charged a weekly maintenance fee for the basic care of the company's expenses, as well as a service fee to cover all maintenance and cleaning costs. The apartments are very suitable for your own long-term use or short / long-term rental.

• Apartment for 4 people: 1 bedroom + living room / kitchen + toilet + bathroom / sauna + loft (42.5 m2 + loft approx. 12 m2). Sold in whole (incl. 52 week holding rights) or in weekly shares.
• Apartment for 6 people: 2 bedrooms + living room / kitchen + toilet + bathroom / sauna + loft (57.5 m2 + 25 m2) Sold in weekly shares. Shares available for all seasons and weeks of the year.
